About Gio
Gio teaches a gentle style of yoga and movement. Her knowledge of anatomy and how the body works make the classes perfect for anyone with profound muscle tightness, joint stiffness or other imbalances in the body caused by daily life. She mainly teaches private and smaller group classes where the focus lies on improving mobility, stabilising joints and increasing energy levels.
